The French have voted against the European constitution. Antoin has some opinions in this matter, and extending on some of his views – I don’t think this issue is only limited to France. The reason why the constitution is ratified in over 10 countries is possibly the problem of communication. How many people actually know in the countries it is being ratified, what it is all about?
